האירוע יערך בשיתוף עם חברת JumpStart Global האמריקאית, בחסות אנשים ומחשבים מישראל ובחסות Zysman Aharoni Gayer & Co./Sullivan & Worcester וחברת Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLC מארצות הברית.

לדברי דוד חוה, מנכ"ל MIW, זהו אחד מאירועי השת"פ הגדולים שנערכו בתחום וכולל מפגשים של עשרות גופים מובילים מרחבי ארה"ב עם חברי המשלחת הישראלית. דוד מוסיף ואומר, כי השוק האמריקאי הינו השוק המרכזי לחברות המפתחות אפליקציות לסלולר ו/או רשתות חברתיות ומדיה. עוד מוסיף דוד ואומר כי דווקא המיתון העולמי והתכווצות השווקים, מחזקת את  האטרקטיביות של חברות ההזנק הישראליות המייצרות עבור השחקנים המובילים בשוק התקשורת והמדיה, הרחבת והגדלת מנועי צמיחה ומכירה נוספים העשויים לפצות על אובדן הכנסות משירותים מסורתיים שהשימוש בהם בתקופות שפל מצטמצם.

המשלחת הישראלית כוללת בין היתר את: Celebros, IRingU, HBRLabs, Kidos, Sight era, Keyscouts, TDNET, Teldan, Websplannet.

בין הגופים שיפגשו עם החברות מישראל: נציגי חברות אינטרנט ורשתות חברתיות גופי מדיה המובילים בארה"ב ובעולם וכן אופרטורים שחקנים מתעשיית הסלולר:
